so alibaba sikuizi kuna ghost company sana…kwanza if you agree to pay the company direct kuna possibility of been conned/losings your money …so to avoid to be conned l use agents…(wale wakenya wako china) mostly they charge 50$ for sourcing and shopping na anakutumia mzigo yako either by air or sea…
kuna time nimekuwa disappointed …nimetumia my agent chapa na kuna vitu alikuwa atume…na air zilikuwa zifike niuze chap chap,…this dude alienda mteja for over 3 weeks…:( gave me an excuss na mzigo alituma but the delay cost me…,how do you deal with such challenges watu wa biz?
lets start with ghost companies…they dont last for more than year in alibaba’s list of co.
How do you know if a company is legit …by the “Golden star”.the number of golden star on a company’s profile represents the number of years the company has been in service(in alibaba) …say 3 stars represents 3 years in alibaba.so if you see a company without a golden star thats questionable
1.Vet suppliers vizuri. Check out things like years in business, status, % good responses, most stars etc.
it’s good to also check out the company website and see kama kuna stuff kama physical address, contact details etc.
3.If you are buying a very expensive or unique stuff, reference lazma.
4.Use secure payment methods although most suppliers hawaipendi. But if you don’t use risk is unaweza chomeka.
5.If you decide to use an agent, ensure you have their contact here in Kenya. Kazi yako will be to contact the kenyan guy to give u an update na sio kuamka saa tisa usiku ndio upige simu China.
Not so. Those stars represent the average rating given by previous customers who have used their services. Usually there are 5 stars. For example 1/5 represents 20%… which means out of all the people who rated this company; their ability to deliver on service, delivery and customer satisfaction is only 20%. Likewise 5/5 stars= 100%.
I don’t have issues with you, you know very well we have to opearte with some rules and you know them. I may have deleted some of your comments one time when I thought they were too much but don’t make it look like I am targeting you. Sheria nazo lazima tufwate, village elders, new villagers hata guests and robots.
Because I have seen whole threads that anyone in their right mind would term as inappropriate. Let us be honest here, it is all about the userbase… you don’t even know where rules start or where they go… let us not even talk about stopping. You delete comments with vengeance. I get insulted all the time… aren’t those too much? Infact @old monk called me an attention seeker under no provocation. Next communication hit inbox, let us not derail an informative listing.
