Most of those projects have done little to impact the man on the ground.

Piped water, working sewers, fertilizer factories, functional hospitals and quality education aren’t sexy.

SGRs, JKIA overpasses, Free laptops, Industrial parks, water tanks, imported food donations, Campaigns for vacuous diplomatic seats and branded water bowsers are sexier projects.
