Be extra careful when using Outering Road. I nearly blew out a tyre last evening (Just after Dohnhom over pass) and then found a lady stalled with two flat tyres a few metres ahead. As I was speaking to her to see whether I could help, 2 ragged looking men appeared out of nowhere and offered to help change the tyres. Judging from their looks, I am pretty sure that they are the ones who placed the spikes there so that they can earn a living from helping drivers change burst tyres and even rob them at night. From now on I will be sticking to the the right lane when using that road, just to be safe.
