I heard this theory before. The theory proposes he was the son of a Roman soldier, Pantera. Apparently in yhe Talmud and medieval Jewish text Jesus was known as Yeshu ben Pantera i.e Jesus, son of Pantera. The theory does not have much evidence other than those writings.
