KRA unravels a syndicate involving bank’s employees where billions of taxpayers money have been lost. In the syndicate the banks are validating payments on simba system hence allowing entry pass and issuing duty payment receipts but posting no funds to Central bank.

Bank tellers have KRA Simba system access. It’s just a collusion of those at the port, KRA DPC, and the teller. They then pocket millions. Prezzo awache tu hii campaign ya zero corruption.

Good thing I stopped making KRA payments there. 
National Bank could be my guess. For our banks we don’t have access
