there is that red alert saying the file does not exist. the green download button is for 64bit and i have that already.

Click the green button hapa WampServer - Browse Files at SourceForge.net Download will start automatically. Tested just now

Omwani x64 is 64-bit. 32-bit would be x86.

Just go here: WampServer - Browse /WampServer 3/WampServer 3.0.0 at SourceForge.net

… and select the [B]wampserver3.1.3_x86.exe[/B]
