This is a very easy job. I will leave the ceilings and floors to the pros.
The wall has painted panels and picture frames. These are stapled/glued to the wall. All you need is to make sketches and give your carpenter to make cuts for you. Paint them and attach. Youtube may assist you.

I know a regular laser level not the architectural ones. Lumumba pipe that I dont know. I know I said it is easy. However, I wouldnt advice him to do it, if he has never done something similar.
