If the hard disk iko readable kwa bios then os iko corrupted so tafuta flash you fresh install or repair if possible kama haiko kwa bios try removing and fixing it back again if no spin is felt then your hdd have kufd and you need a new one…

okay umeshindwa kugungor hizi studd nakushow check on yt or google on how to access bios for you system buda kama hauwezi ona hio small print ukiboot and if you land on the bios screen check if the hard disk iko registered you will notice it hapo registered with the disk space,if it ain their then open your lapi hapo google,ifix it will help and nimesahau hebu make sure your boot sequence iko sawa kwa boot tab and also remove any usbs…

It’s either the hard disk or operating system is crashed.If you you do not have an operating system with you there.Just take it to a computer repair shop to be checked.Remember to ask questions when you see they are doing something you don’t understand so that you can do it yourself next time.Then ask for the copy of the operating system and drivers.

Unless you mean you got storage hdd (with no OS) and no access to a pc then you kinda fucked

  1. try to repair using a windows cd. And if that fails(it normally hangs forever if the hard disk has failed sectors)…
  2. Try to install windows without formatting. Windows 7 and above will not delete your data. If that fails…
    3 Remove the hardisk and put it in an external cover see if it reads in another computer. then recover important data. the return the hardisk into the computer and format. if the hard disk cant read from the external cover/mount…
  3. buy another hard disk. Then start at option 2.
