A major point of discomfort I have in Kenya is the lack of personal responsibility. For example, gambling on mpesa requires at least 10 steps.
Ufanye job, upate pesa, ununue bundles, udownload app, ufungue account, ueke pesa, uchague teams, uweke amount, uconfirm bet, ungojee kuwin, uangukr, ujaribu tena
In all those steps, personal responsibility and personal action is at play. Doggie zikipoteza pesa, they forget their personal role in the loss of their own money, and suddenly it’s a national disaster.
I say let natural selection rule. Government should only ensure games are not rigged to the best of their ability.
