Mtura is the waste parts of cow carcass . Kichwa, miguu, huchemshwa. mwili, maini, roho, hupimwa kwa ratili. So what you are left with is the lungs, tits, pancreas… . But the majority of mtura meat comes from unborn calves after the mother has been slaughtered
