All stomach upsets and food poisoning’s I’ve ever gotten in Kenya were in places ‘high end’ restaurants and hotels, not vibanda.
But nakubali kuna vile unaweza pata Hep C kwa vibanda zingine. :D. Unaona jasho ya chef ikimwagika kwa chapo zenye anapika 
Kuna places food huwa imeiva by saa nne, na hadi saa saba hio food iko tu kwa jiko inachemka polepole. Hio hata ile bacteria ya north pole haiwes survive..
Same problems apply lack of hand washing and poor handling of food.

Food handling is important even chef in Michelin rated restaurants they follow strict hygiene and proper food handling techniques.
That good is not for weaklings, ni ya watu wa nguvu , watu wanaweza tafuna kakoto !

Funny how i have been watching this dudes channel for a while now. I love food and not just food but good food (not our typical big 4 kenyan dishes). Bad thing about these reviews is that they wont say if the food is good or bad. The guy makes every plate look delicious than anything on earth. He will take a handful of ugali (tasteless cake by wazungus) put it in his mouth, a chew , then his eyes glow with; “ooh my God, soo delicious!! you can feel the soggy effect…”

by the way if you want to eat in a kibanda, don’t have some wild imaginations and thoughts. back when donkey meat news first emerged, there is a day i ordered half a kilo nyam chom but i ate a few pieces and left the rest. i kept on imagining that i was eating donkey meat.
a friend of mine had the imagination that these vibandas cooks using swimming pool water. he couldn’t eat in a kibanda
