Hii yote ingekuwa ni kizaazaa kama ingeaffect huyo wanayemuita squatter kwa njia yoyote! To me this is one stupid blunder the the government just did there! Hiyo karatasi, iwe title deed ama certificate of god-knows-what, ndiyo the most precious document even a person like you should covet! Whether, or not, the rates are going to be paid by whoever, that is not even the least of their, squatters, worries! Among the things we should be aware of is that the Waitiki land saga is not ending soon!
