Be confident in your ability but not seemingly arrogant and overconfident. Communicate in a clear coherent n calm manner - with short precise and to the point answers. Make eye contact whenever necessary… figure out the interviewer and capitalize on any common ground. Make a good impression the first time, have them like you. At the end- remember to thank them for the opportunity and mention how impressived you are with their institution… and given an opportunity you would love to be part of their team.
