I am no Putin fan, but have to say that Obama is now acting irrationally in the full knowledge that Trump will reverse as many of these last-minute policy decisions as he can, and more.

Putin is a master of espionage. The first time he met Angela Merkel he brought a german sheppart because she has a fear of dogs. I like President Obama alot but his last days acts at the White House have backfired on his face.
