hiyo fanbelt yako na kuzungusha alternater peke yake ama fan pia?

i continue to advocate for self diagnosis and repair
hii lazima ufanye pre-travel inspection
ukiona belt iko na cracks cracks hivi, jua iko karibu kutembea
always do a pre-travel inspection

yoo yes it is…

Always make sure your timing belt is upto specs
Especially if your car has an interference engine.
.
Broken Timing belt+ interference engine = soiled pants

You would have to replace the cylinder head and maybe pistons

It’s not a fan belt it’s called a Vee belt

Chukua kamba ya makonge ufunge. might get you to kapenguria.

Ebu kwanza tengeneza ka-posting to that effect. Kila asubuhi me hujaribu kupitia several checks but am sure i miss crucial stuff hapa-kule. When preparing for a long journey, what are some of those crucial checks that one must go through? Juu kama hio ya fan belt sijaiangalia kwa muda

good idea this one. i’ll do that.

Not necessarily, if its an Old model Toyota ako safe but if it’s the new version ones hapo ameona rokongo.

Haha…but in the middle of nowhere bila toolbox, utajinyonga tu nayo

Oil, coolant, maji ya wiper, ka-tow rope hivi (saw it’s usefulness juzi when I towed mzae fulani at 11pm when his car stalled), jumper cables, na soda na biscuits kwa boot. Waiting for that forthcoming listing by @1776 we compare notes.
