A GRADE 4 PUPIL ASSAULTED BY HIS TEACHER :
This child , Titus Ondari Omwenga aged 9 is a Grade 4 pupil at Riang’ombe Boarding in Esise, Borabu.
He was given 107 strokes of the cane for not being in school uniform on Sunday.
He was badly injured and cannot when sit or walk well.
Let’s see when and what action will be taken by concerned Authorities …
