Not possible. The only loophole I’ve seen for this is if you are a registered Motorsport driver and get a temp import permit for a rally or exhibition, or if you find a kit car / CKD and assemble it locally, get it inspected, and registered.

totally possible but you’ll need to provide certification of the custom modifications done on the vehicle. plus you’ll need to fork out lots of cash to the pot bellied guys.
the latest i saw was a friend who imported a modified classic range rover plus the one I saw with willy Paul three years ago. anyway details are flimsy because rubbing of hands is involved
