It applies to Europe…Greenwich Mean Time

DST. UK. Summer time ends on the 30th. Applies to the lorry driver.
Takes place in the Northern Hemisphere, not sure if the same applies the Southern Hemisphere.
In the fall season, u fall back one hour, what this means, at the said day, at 1:59 AM, instead of hitting 2:00 AM. U go back to 1:00 Am.
So, if u are working night shift like I do, u end up working 13 hrs.

Daylight saving time (DST) or summer time is the practice of advancing clocksduring summer months by one hour so that evening daylight lasts an hour longer, while sacrificing normal sunrise times. Typically, regions with summer time adjust clocks forward one hour close to the start of spring and adjust them backward in the autumn to standard time. Some countries do not use standard time. For example, the Greenwich meridian passes through France but it does not use Greenwich Mean Time. People use the terms “spring forward” and “fall back” when referring to this.[1]
New Zealander George Hudsonproposed the idea of daylight saving in 1895.[2] The German Empire and Austria-Hungary organized the first nationwide implementation, starting on April 30, 1916. Many countries have used it at various times since then, particularly since the energy crisis of the 1970s.
The practice has both advocates and critics.[1] Putting clocks forward benefits retailing, sports, and other activities that exploit sunlight after working hours,[3]but can cause problems for outdoor entertainment and other activities tied to sunlight, such as farming.[4][5] Though some early proponents of DST aimed to reduce evening use of incandescent lighting—once a primary use of electricity[6]—today’s heating and cooling usage patterns differ greatly, and research about how DST affects energy use is limited and contradictory.[7]
DST clock shifts sometimes complicate timekeeping, and can disrupt travel, billing, record keeping, medical devices, heavy equipment,[8] and sleep patterns.[9] Computer software often adjusts clocks automatically, but policy changes by various jurisdictions of DST dates and timings may be confusing.[1

Daylight Savings Time. Not only Europe, but in countries with winter/summer climate. US for example.
If the Duke is really in Busia, he must adjust his busaa intake and change

It’s OK. Nobody’s disappearing.
The first time this happened when I was new to Europe I thought my work colleagues were joking. I went to work at the wrong time and the boss was furious.
