can anyone suggest to me a good book which talks about the history of precolonial kenya or even the precolonial eastern africa.

there is a certain professor Rev. Samuel Kahiga guy has a more detailed of the Agikuyu thatā€™s all I know of him.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom, and youā€™ll find several books listed in the Notes and Bibliography section

@coldpilsner kesho i will inbox you the details of a very good book. It touches all tribes in kenya n their origins n history. Manze ilitaja hadi my ā€˜mbariā€™. It talks hadi of all pre colonial indians, Arabs n jungus. But its for Kenyan history only n its almost 1000 pages.

there was this article i was reading about Vasco da gama traveling to India and while passing through the east African coast along the modern day somalia he saw a very advanced heavily developed city with multi story buildings. i always want to know more about this stories,

i also would like to know more about the creation of the kenyan border plus many other more stories
