It’s all the same. In the end, all earthly achievements fade away. Life goes on. People move on. Memories fade. None of us want to accept this; yet all of us must.
As I have written here before, no individual human matters. You are one in seven billion, living on a piece of rock floating in the immenseness of a space we can neither measure nor comprehend. You are a speck, alive briefly on another speck. Sure, you will matter briefly to a few people; but in the end, you too are washed away by the waves of time.
Very few of us want to think about this. Most of us want to lose ourselves in a TV programme, hide behind a book, gratify ourselves momentarily by indulging the senses of the body. Do something, anything except give some thought to how this story, like all such stories, ends. Until the next funeral. And the next. Until, inevitably, our own.
People have a hard time accepting that life is one, especially when it seems that things wont get better. We know no other life. You accept yours as dismal as it is. I have accepted mine, and it isn’t the easiest of them. other afterlife explanations are speculation and guesswork by humans.
this guy ameandika hi I thread thought really well and I swear none of us all will ever understand the reason behind his writing such a deep thread, as for me all I can say is wish you find your answers somewhere someway good luck dawg
These are questions we ask ourselves when depressed. Does God feel gratified for creating us with imperfections, making us suffer during life, and after life he creates a big boys club where he makes the perfect live in luxury while the imperfect, THAT HE CREATED, suffer for eternity. What a perfect plan.
That goes 100% contrary to what the Word says. We do not seek advice on life based on someone’s opinion, but the immutable Word of God which is our source of wisdom. "Are not five sparrows sold for two cents? Yet not one of them is forgotten before God. “Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered.Do not fear; you are more valuable than many sparrows!” Luke 12:7.
You matter and so does every individual human being. The contrary can only be a message from the pits of hell.
@Acoustic 100% correct. two words play a big role in our life’s FAITH and BELIEVE. whether you are an atheist or just a hopeless living being those two words run our life. take a good example of our daily life all our forecasts are based on those two words. Then why not just have FAITH in GOD and stop wasting time thinking about USELESS things or theorems that do not make any sense to YOU.
