Owners of dogs that bark for more than six minutes within an hour will pay a sh 5,000 fine if a Nairobi County Assembly Bill is approved.

@uwesmake alikamua mama wa kufua…Poor lady must have been confused when he to her “NATAKA KUKUKAMUA”…when she was just about to rinse his clothes…He must have used hand signals and made an irritating noise with his tongue to pass the message across. Sadness of life.
