Uvalde shooter had $5,000/= worth of ammo

Wah. Half a million Bob worth of ammo for a kid who worked at a fast food joint?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYL8yHeO2r0

Worked in fast food, lived at home. Not hard to save in 2-3 months.

So he is not a monkey

That’s just the ammo with the guns it was coming to three times that 1400 dollars

I see. Chances are he’s been collecting and exchanging stuff since he was a teen.

FBI suspects he was selling drugs, did you see his grandma bf showing TV crews the blood of the grandmother that was all over the house. How did he know how to operate those guns though?

Shooting guns is a hobby in the US. Most have guns. Some have up to 50. Men and women. Weekends you go target practice just like the way Kenyans go to the bar. Or hunting wild hogs. And people start when they are young. 5-6 years old, your old man (uncles) have already introduced you to shooting. I don’t think it’s illegal for kids to handle firearms. Either way, it doesn’t matter. It’s not like anyone is checking. Many people are actually better shooters than cops there. The only way cops defeat them is using strategy eg, cleverly cornering them into places they can’t advance, or covering to prevent a suspect from shooting.

OK I know you want to school me about US but we are talking about this Uvalde shooter and his individual circumstances. Are you aware of the facts of the case? Do you know that Kenyans who are billionaires and they have no guns? And you can see Kenya is like the most safe country in the world. You can live and die in Kenya and never experience any crime in your life time. That is how safe Kenya is. US on the other hand is becoming another Afghanistan where shooting each other is very normal is not treating you well, you buy an assault rifle the same day and go to the hospital and shoot him. Btw I’ve never understood why people in States think its better than here. Kenya is the best place ever if you have the means. I don’t think that a child being able to handle an assault rifle is something to be proud of. I saw recently that a 2 year old found a gun in the house and shot his dad. We don’t need to know details about Americans and their guns what we know is that it’s not normal for class 5 students to be shot in schools by a teenager bcz of the second amendment. It’s pure madness. It’s not something to be proud of at all. I can now see why my cousin married to a junguu wants to bring back her kids to Kenya bcz a Kenyan has never even seen an assault rifle let alone your kids being shot with one. Kenya is a paradise our only curse is bad corrupt leadership like Ruto.

You are reacting to what’s in the news, which is exactly how it’s designed, by giving you opinionated points. So that they can sell commercials. YouTube videos without understanding ( researching) certain things can only take you so far. For example, gun violence was worse in the 70s, 80s and 90s. Less mass-murders but gun violence was a lot worse. So things have gotten better. Same way a few months ago, many were thinking there was a escalation of killing of Black people by police. I couldn’t get the point across that the numbers have never changed, and in fact the majority of those killed are white. But who am I. Has it stopped today? Do you see BLM matches in the same intensity as before? What happened to the nationwide protests?

Mine was to share my view of gun culture ( safe and unsafe), not saying a kid handling a gun is ok. But such is reality.

My thinking is you make a life in where you chose to live. Kenya or US.

Hii ni swali Gani makena…nini haiko kwa you tube these days :smiley:
