Sleep hygiene. Go to bed consistently at same time every day, avoid the temptation to use alcohol to fall asleep, minimize your tv at least an hour before sleep (if on comp/phone, have a software or app that filters out the blue light that makes it difficult to fall asleep e.g. f.lux etc), have a ripe banana or glass of warm milk/yogurt prior to sleep. The world’s greatest sleep inducer is coitus. Far much better than some of these sleeping pills. Remember, too, that insomnia can be a sign of depression/stress in which case then one should seek proper medical attention.

Mine is not insomnia as such. but i get good sleep but after 3 or 4 am usingizi inakatika. i avoid akoho during that time. furthermore its not available hizo masaa. Mambo ya coitus hapa hamna. Hiyo ilikua inafanya hata nafika works late nikiwa mtaa coz i wld sleep till late so thats not my choice. I know insomnia. Mine is not insomnia but 3 to 4 am i cant sleep till the next day
