try this trick if you have a fan heater. for just ten minutes before entering bed, tent the covers leaving an opening where you direct the fan flue. the heat will have warmed the sheets enough for you to fall asleep almost immediately. sweet dreams…but remember to turn off the heater just before sleeping…
Eh interesting ! I’ll try, although the heater i have never helps. I don’t know if it’s just the place i’m staying in (eg. thin windows…). It’s 4°C, to survive the night i tend to drink a hot beverage, then jump into bed…equipped with a hot water bottle, electric blanket and two other blankets. tried warming the room and found it useless…only consumes power. but warming the bed works wonders…
