Use of Cartoon Themes on Local Products

Wajuaji kujeni kidogo.

We all know that our kids are obsessed with Ben10, Nickelodeon, Ninja Turtles, etc. So, any product for kids that is packaged with something from these cartoons is sure to move from the shelves fast- whether t-shirts, sweets, chocolate, etc.

Now, my question is, how do you get the rights to use these cartoons or the themes on a product, and how much would it cost (roughly)? I will really appreciate any leads.

NB: Ngugu haisaidii hata kidogo.

You will pay through your nosr for that license. And its either annually or you pay for a span of 2yrs.

so, if you are reading this on an infinix or on computer that isnt made of solid gold…

Soma hii it will give some insight as to how you will have to go about using a copyrighted/trademarked item for your product
