Alfred Bourgeois, 56, Louisiana truck driver severely abused his 2-year-old daughter for weeks in 2002, then killed her by slamming her head repeatedly against a truck’s windows and dashboard.

Some of these people though, hard to have mercy on them.

The death penalty exists for these types. May he rot in hell.

why can’t Kenya replicate and do it as envisioned in the constitution? we have animals in our society too.
Death sentence should be carried to the fullest.

May he last in piss

Waanze na graft merchants na thieves of public money

There would be a lot of miscarriages of justice. Kenya police cannot be trusted when it comes to basic law enforcement.

It’s because Europeans do not want death sentence and we Kenyans (especially our leaders) as malaya wa Europeans cannot have any laws that the wazungu do not want.
Uzuri we have lynchings that wazungu cannot do a thing about. You kill a person and the jirani will send you to Lucifer even before the police get there. And even the police believe in the system because they never bother to arrest the team builders

yet Europeans have the worst execution methods on records. They keep saying we’re 200 years behind them yet they don’t want us to do what they were doing less than 100 years ago.
kuna documentary I watched, about prisons, in Norway kuna moja mpaka ikona supermarket ndani, cell inkakaa apartment, had even a small fridge.
but they’re forgetting one important factor, quality of life in kenya is very bad which essentially means more folks will do worse including murder to survive, they should leave us tupambane na hali yetu including implementation of the murder chapter of the constitution.

practice makes perfect, even American system executed many innocent folks but eventually they got it right, though still not @100%

@Simiyu22 @TrumanCapote hata huyu ni trump ameuwa through “a barrage of discriminatory executive functions” Ama he’s not black enough?
Liberalism is a disease.

Yes they have rushed the remaining executions before Jan 20th.

Many scholars believe that the Romans distorted the gospels to include sections of blank forgiveness. You can forgive mistakes but you cannot forgive deliberate acts which you have foresight of outcomes.

The daughter is now in heaven . Thank God for His mercies

I remain tightlipped about this matter.

If the dead guy repented and was “truly remorseful” he’ll be in heaven too. Ain’t that some shit?

I think the execution issue is the same as the issue of guys who are convicted for screwing under 18s. There is great reluctance by senior wardens to decongest prisons in any way. I don’t know why but knowing Kenya there must be money involved either with bribes or budgets. I would imagine the more inmates you have the more funding you can demand and we all know where most of that goes.

may he rot in pieces

yes, he who repents and receives Jesus shall be saved from eternal damnation

Executing an innocent person is a worse miscarriage of justice than the original crime.
It’s better 1000 guilty people go free than jail or execute an innocent person.
