The US and Russia could drive the world into a global war if the conflict in Syria is not resolved, Turkey has warned.
Tensions have become increasingly heightened between Washington and Moscow in recent weeks. Last week, the US and UK warned Russia and its ally the Syrian government that new economic sanctions could be imposed if the bombing of Syria’s besieged Aleppo continues.
On Sunday, Russia condemned Washington for making “unprecedented” threats of cyber attacks following accusations by the Obama administration that Moscow had hacked computers belonging to American political organisations.
Turkish deputy prime minister Numan Kurtulmus said: “If this proxy war continues, after this, let me be clear, America and Russia will come to a point of war,” the Daily Mailreports.
He suggested the Syrian conflict could be the beginning of World War Three, saying it had put the world “on the brink of the beginning of a large regional or global war”.

US VP Joe Biden was asked whether the United States was preparing to send a message to the Russian president, Vladimir Putin. Days before, the American intelligence agencies and the Department of Homeland Security declared that the Russian leadership was responsible for attacks on the Democratic National Committee and the leaking of stolen emails.
“We’re sending a message,” Mr. Biden told Chuck Todd, the show’s host. “We have the capacity to do it.”
“He’ll know it,” Mr. Biden added. “And it will be at the time of our choosing. And under the circumstances that have the greatest impact."

The Syrian conflict is benefiting a few powerful individuals through the sale of arms, delivery of aid and also reconstruction of infrastracture ravaged by war and this is the reason for continued conflict in the middle east. If Assad is toppled by Us backed rebells it would imply that infrastracture projects will be conducted by Us corporations while the opposite is true if Assad wins backed by The Kremlin.
Nobody gives a f#*k about the Syrian people it all trickles down to resources.

Waigo ko…interesting what a little venture out of the mainstream media can reveal huh. And to imagine this threat was even brought up in congress and America is still not taking heed. But what they did to Libya and then this woman does this makes me not have sympathy for them. They somehow deserve whats coming to them.
