Ni kenyans na get rich quick schemes. Kama niliona ghaseer ingine inauza landcruisers za accident write offs 1.9 million. Then unaspend over 1M kutengeneza. Ama gari ya 2007 unaona inauzwa karibu 1M unashindwa kwani depreciation tulisoma shule ilikua uongo.

Unaskia advert inasema “prime plot” yet it is 2 hours from CBD, 4km from tarmac, security and water issues, and they are asking for 2m cash price/ 2.5m ukilipa pole pole.

most likely anatarget wazungu retirees who are many in the area but they are not stupid most wako na friends kenyan whites on the ground.
The fact that ashajenga ameharibu market ya whites because most prefer to build their own homes which are detailed not the poor finishing done by most fundis in kenyan houses.

We hujakuja Kamulu ukaambiwa shamba ni 5M na ukienda unapata iko 5KM from the road.

Don’t buy a write-off and try to restore it. I’ve seen people waste so much money on cars that didn’t need it hadi nachekanga tu. Salvage cars are purely for spare parts only.
