Unable to Add Robin Hood Project

I have tried to add this repository so many times and ways…even downloaded the RH3.0.7.zip file but nothing seems to work. Googled, youtube instructions etc… Anyone had any luck with this? I am specifically looking for HD-King link. Anyone got any of this to work?
