the ukwala deal smells very frothy coz just last year Tuskys wanted to buy it but waka kaziwa!!
I thought Tuskys bought them but antimonopoly body prrevented them from rebranding Ukwala to Tuskys. said Ukwala must be separate and maintain the brand. I could be wrong
not different from my version only that the deal never went through coz Tuskys didn’t notify the authorized regulators and skipped a few guidelines and rules
