Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except for the milk.
Mix well using a whisker or a fork.
Start adding the milk slowly as you form the dough using your hand.
Knead the dough for about 15min until it is soft and doesn’t stick to your hand when you knead.
Cut the dough into three pieces and form balls.
Roll out the balls as you would a chapati. Do not overstretch the dough, it should be a medium chapati size. Cut into four pieces, set aside. Repeat this for the other two balls of dough.
