Guess the fight against corruption is now in full gear
Kiliibwo hehe
Na tukacheswo
Kuna mtu hapa who was screaming Tunoi aende… Leo i think wamejua the National cake ni ya mabigwig pekee.
Guess Kidero has a hidden pact with Uhuru… I remember some time back Uhuru told Sonko and baba yao to live Kidero alone
UK works really hard to discredit himself, its a shame he wont reap what he is sowing
I really don’t understand him to be honest…I am not sure whether he has poor advisors or he just has a knack for making poor decisions
There is no hidden pact. Only that they are people with same interests. They all belong to the ruling class. Thats their tribe and family.
sijakuelewa…how?
It’s really strange why the president would openly say no to a tribunal.
Isn’t this the same Tunoi who had opted to retire than face a tribunal?
I was being sarcastic
i thought so, needed to confirm kama naona zangu
Tunoi has declared he will spill the beans about the election petition fraud thus the prezo amekunja mkia , BABA naye amekeep mum beacause if he hounds the Kalenjin Judge out of office Ruto will use that to brand him a kalenjin hater na vile Kanu imenza kumpea chance ya kupata the Kalenjin vote. Kanu /ODM merger in 2017 running mate tunapea Gideon Moi .
Nah they are giving Tunoi a soft landing…the appeal will uphold the ruling of the high court that they are fossils past retirement age…he will graciously agree with that ruling…apewe his millions in retirement benefits, he keeps his title of retired supreme court judge na security…No need for a tribunal to spill secrets.executive is happy, judiciary is happy, tunoi is well content with his millions , kidero is ectastic and well who cares about the mwananchi when the wenyenchi are content
such a pity…
With what we have so far, the only reason as to why this guy is being allowed to retire gracefully is coz he has serious dirt on Uhuru
The president made the right decision. Many here do not know that tunoi has a pending case to determine whether he is serving legally past retirement age. So pending on the ruling he might not even be a judge legally meaning forming a commission to eat more of our money then he is ruled as retired is simply nonsense.
More importantly, what would a judicial commission unearth that the eacc cannot other than take us in circles and commissioners earn hefty salaries.
Commisions and tribunals are useless. If the the executive wanted action it would have done it already. I think the parliament has the power to sack commissions and have others recruited. The parliament and the executive have the power to force anyone out of office and today’s executive has an iron grip on the present parliament. Fuck job security. Even kimaiyo and the likes were sacked.
That thing about court case is just an excuse.
Secondly, some of these judges in their seventies are senile. I doubt they can remember their name or their spouses name without having to fumble around. Tunoi is a senile old man and you can see it when he talks.
We are not talking about his age…that’s irrelevant to me anyway. The issue on the table is corruption.
You need to learn how to read. The age issue is the reason why a commission to investigate corruption has not been formed. But that does not stop eacc
