I am happy how Kenya has suppressed gun ownership among the major tribes and controlled the proliferation in the marginalised areas. Explains why we have never had a major conflict or uprising since independence despite so many socioeconomic and political challenges.
Having guns at this moment in time in the world, let alone in Kenya is not the greatest of ideas. It’s a high-strung society we live in at this moment, mixed with collapsing family units, useless leaders (political and religious), depression/mental illness, alcohol/drugs and anger.
