Tz is a special case

Though this one looks creepy and political,
i wish Kenya just had the guts to just Tax idle prime land owned by the rich, to discourage this wanton greed of holding large tracks of land for speculation

I don’t think it’s creepy or political, there’s a talker who said he lost a portion of his land to the same.

can you imagine the govt just taking your land after deciding that it’s not being put to good use.??

Ujamaa, who remembers?
They kind of copy from us. Sheria nyingi tunazoanzisha sisi wao huigiza. But, unlike us, they don’t play around like confused kids. Because THEY IMPLEMENT THE LAWS when they pass them! Si ni Kenya walianza kupayuka kuwa watachukua idle land? Acres ngapi zimechukuliwa so far?

Watanzania kweli ni wajinga - General - Kenya Talk

Old man has a business there some guy was stealing from the business and he caught him red handed. He chose to fire him and not get messed up with all that Tz court stuff. A week later the same mwizi guy comes to him very confidently seeking a job. Absolutely no shame. Tanzanians are truly a special case.

:D:D:D he had changed his name?

Haha apana guy just felt entitled obviously mzee alimshow apeleke upuzi mbali, next day old man had a visit from immigration officials :D:D

wth these guys are Kenyan haters, no argument

Just curious, WaUganda pia wanapewa shida kama vile Wakenya hupewa huko Tz ama WaBongo wanadhulumiwa hapa Kenya pia?

Juu huyu JPM na chuki yake kwa Wakenya sielewi kabisa

Tz guys have no much problem with UG, rwanda, Burundi …come Kenya, they want to hear nothing

Wrong it’s all foreigners. Ask any Ugandan or Rwandese nationals.

Tanzania has no such thing as Freehold land. There lies the difference.

The Government wanted to TAX idle land.If a person has 100,000 ha of freehold land, the government can pretty much do nothing. After all all he or she will do is put 10 goats and claim they are ranchers.

You know this part isn’t true. Ugandans don’t speak Kiswahili, and Tanzanians don’t speak Luganda. Neither of them speak English. How do they avoid confrontations? Simple, minimal interactions!

:D:D 10 goats??? .that is better than nothing. he will have 10 goats, employ a guy to look after them , then realize paying a guy a full salary for 10 goats is too much. he will turn it into a full ranch

Poor people always love it when the rich are stolen from. They always forget that once the lunatic is through with the rich, he’ll come for you. One of Magufool’s promises was that “Nitawafanya matajiri waishi kama shetani.” The poor cheered - just like they did in venezuela.

Hio ya kutax shamba pia Mimi niliona ni upuzi. What will stop me from just ploughing the land and scattering seeds to beat the system.

That will be better, after scattering the seeds and you see them produce something, will you let them rot and get eaten by birds?

Ugandans speak English and about 20 to 30 percent of Ugandans can speak Kiswahili. Most security guys there (soldiers and police officers) communicate in Swa FYI.
