It is not a blanket hatred of all Kenyans. No.

They just loathe and target a particular ethnic group.

They have their own reasons for that.

I learnt that from the police stops along the Namanga - Arusha road.

Yaani ata kwa vita btwn Kenya na TZ we still find a reason to have tribal fights between ourselves ? Nani alituroga jamani ?
My theory: The reason Tanzanians take time to hate on Kenyans is because they actually behave like a nation.
Kenyans have weak sense of nationality and have to divide attention between tribal affiliations before looking at TZ to hate on them.
Also Kenya has long borders with Somalia and Uganda ilhali TZ borders are mostly water (L.Tanganyika,Victoria,Nyasa and Indian Ocean) and dead regions of Mozambique. We are therefore the only true neighbor to TZ.
