He…He…apana it’s Centum all through. They sold minority shareholding to the Chinese construction company that built it. It has a real estate subsidiary. The share sale has paid off Centum debt to construct Two Rivers in full and therefore they can look forward to the billions in rental income for decades to come.

Time will tell, this is just not the kawaida mall, it has 30 restaurants, theme parks, recreation facilities, several attractions and they are all huge. The draw crowds here are just too many. I predict alot of footprint into Two Rivers because every turn has a wow feel to it due to the high class finishings. In that footprint expect many serious buyers and thanks to social media the millions of photos and tags will market this place kabisa. Try and visit, I did and one thing that struck me is that it’s alot bigger than it looks. Almost like two huge stadiums merging together. There other sections that will still be built like the adjacent hotels and commercial centre.
