Do a demo show.
Do the concept paper.
Design the presentation including budget.
Take it to a lawyer to register it as your intellectual property.
Book meeting with prospective clients.

Just as you have been told up there, involve a lawyer as crafty as they can be. Your idea may be turned down only to find a new program being broadcasted having the same plot.
Others begin with webseries and grow from there.

I think most YouTube’s don’t take it on a professional level …they make as an easy “internet famous” route … like you can tell the idea is not well thought out in a long term way…
Related: the Gorillaz, a virtual band, has characters with full back stories …which I would say shows that it is not only about ranting or music rather it is something “whole”…

The webseries idea might be good halafu alipie adverts na apost content on popular facebook groups to attract audience. Vile Jaymo Yule Msee does. I have watched some 5-20 min. shows with awesome storylines on youtube.
