My previous LG TV developed an issue where it would intermittently shut off and back on like every 1 Minute or so. While I have a replacement and am Okay, am looking at the viability of having it repaired and repurposed.
Looking for recommendations of a reasonably good repair shop preferably in CBD or Westlands Area. I first need to establish if it is repairable, at what cost then if it is worth it, proceed with the repair.

I already have another TV was just wondering if I could repair the older screen and use it elsewhere. Maybe the fix could be something small…

If the screen is good then it can be repaired at a low cost. In fact that seems to be a power supply issue.
So took it to LG Repair Centre hapo opposite Sarit. Damages for Assessment was surprisingly 500.
Couldn’t identify the issue as the TV performed Okay. Looks like it might have decided to repair itself in the 1 year it was in storage…
In the meantime I am repurposing it for some other use…
Weird
I also had a tv that i had accidentaly whipped with a hdmi cable and it formed a crack so i just stored it somewhere in the house then one day after around 8 months i decided to use it and i was both suprised & relieved to find out that the annoying crack had fixed itself completly.
