this puts keraiko on the spot. the JSC process is a workplace HR process the rest is dpp’s shiet to clean up
He wasn’t found culpable of bribery allegations, just inappropriate contact with litigants.

What I find absurd is that this process will drag on for several months (unless he resigns voluntarily) and even if the tribunal finds him unfit to continue serving he can still appeal to the Supreme Court (some of whom might have shared the loot with him)
