WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump said late Thursday that he and first lady Melania Trump have tested positive for COVID-19.
“Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER,” he wrote.
Hours before, President Trump had tweeted that he and Melania were beginning a “quarantine process” as they await coronavirus test results after a top aide he spent substantial time with this week tested positive for COVID-19.
