Why do you need a treadmill? Just hit the road and you can thank me later.

Jogging on Nairobi roads can be life threatening depending on your neighbourhood. Unaweza shikwa ngeta ama ugongwe na nduthi.

A good treadmill should be programmable, has calories, pulse, speed and distance monitors on the panel. Hayo two. It should also support the weight of baby elephants in us and have a safety key. Unaweza ngoka meno.

Make sure the treadmill can support you weight and is of sturdy build. Haifai kutingika ukirukiarukia.

I use the NordicTrack Model NETL99814.2. It has great workouts, plus you can connect your iPhone/ iPod to it. I’m not sure if Nakumatt still stocks it, but you can check there.
But I say this with all the love in the world, unless you are someone who already consistently works out, don’t buy any home exercise machines. It will just be a waste of cash. They are fucking expensive, and therefore not worth it if you’re going to end up using it like once a week. Plus running on the treadmill is super boring… so a lot of discipline is required.
I prefer the outdoors myself; but I guess on mornings when I wake up late or it’s raining like shit or for HIIT workouts the treadmill does help.

Niaje neffertities

Huh?

Stop playing bruh… Umelost hehe
