The rebranding should have involved a change of colour too. Truthfully,despite the company plying the Msa-Nbi route and other routes beyond,I have always seen them as going to Kisii only…

That and the fact that you have to go to downtown to board these buses.

Buying 20 buses is not a miracle, Kuna something basic watu wa transline wanaelewa ambayo very few businesses in Kenya understand “customer service”.

Ujinga ya kuongelesha customer upuzi, kuibia customers, not replacing worn out interior+exterior parts, not washing the interior, unless imeanza kunuka kama danguro etc, ndio vitu hawafanyi. Mkisii akitaka kuenda nyumbani, the first thing inakuja kwa kichwa.
Transline classic understand that the customer is King.

Hapo ndio 20 buses zinatoka.
