He played only 5 games and yes he made one error in one game and in the second game he was not fully fit as he just came in quickly from a long injury and played ahead of schedule. Had he gotten a longer run of games then you would have seen how better he is. The other 3 games he was great case of point stopping Neymar in Paris for 90 mins.

Bro, goalkeepers are not penalty takers. They don’t have the technique. They open up their bodies early when taking penalties making it easy to predict them. That’s why most of them go for power over technique. Villarreal keeper went for power but De Gea went for technique and it costed the team.
