Sasa base commander hapa ako wapi?
Base huwa Inspector ama Chief Inspector; the Officer with the highest rank amongst Officers attached to a Traffic Base - I think.
Base commander sio rank,ni title. Mostly Chief inspector. same as OCS
this one was in a large provincial town that also doubled up as the provincial TEO…can’t reveal more…
I THINK @pamba AMEKUWA CONSTABLE PALE KAYOLE FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS .
Base commander ni title tu and can either be in the rank of a senior Sergent (mawe moja), an Inspector (mawe mbili) or a Chief Inspector (mawe tatu). Hawa ndio the seniors kwa station, with the Chief Inspector being the most senior so he is the base. Sasa hawa askari wako na mawe kwa shoulder not on the arm like their juniors who include constables, corporals and sergeant.
Wapi commissioner of police?
o_OWho is the current occupant of that post/ office?
Its a rank under the NPS n i think APS has two of them…jst confirming
