I have respect for these van commonly known as chopper or box …weather manuall or auto that engine has power i boarded one and it had a governer but was suprised at its picking power gari haiski mlima .The only disadvantage is the turbo charger when it comes to replacing its costly and without care wares out faster…

If its a new engine then these issues were bound to happen, typically the engines improve as the series progresses just like the Land Rover freelander, the earlier models were bitches with most currently running on other cars’ engines
Gari iko na a turbo diesel engine siri yake ni service, service it on time, after a long journey make sure engine idles for a while so the turbo cools down slowly…na lazima every now and then u push that engine to its limits, and always make sure engine warms up before u gun it…that car will serve u a long time…my 2 cents

Hukumbuki toyota shark haikuwa inazimwa. ikiwashwa asubuhi inazimwa jioni. I think they fell out of favor due to costs. If you find one in condition today, it moves like wind beating newer box-type imports.
