In another life I am a farmer, I have been blessed to have a bountiful harvest of tomatoes (cherry tomatoes) I want to experiment with some value addition instead of just taking them to market as is, take some kilos and experiment with value add see how that turns out. Has anyone ever tried that out before, what did they make (sauce, paste, juice etc) and what was the market response and target market.
