The catholic church bishops talked about the extension and Kumani Gachungwa was all guns blazing. Now JSKS daughter Charlene says she will be first daughter for 7 years. And you want to think it won’t happen?
Now remember if it happens the years JSKS has served won’t be factored in because law is progressive and doesn’t act backwards. So after 5 years, assuming this will happen in the second term, then JSKS will be prezzy for 12-15 years.

If it happens in the second term, the the law will kick in after 2032 election, so, WSR will be eligible to run in 2032 for a term of 7yrs.
Mbua kumi na saba. Then Parliament and county assemblies will also to be given incentives to pass this bill too.
