Mara sasa ni mzuri,
Kula nyama choma ni mbaya
Na vile huwa tamu,

moderation sasa imenilemea. nitakula nyama na chumvi kinyama…

As with (almost)all things in life, moderation is key.

I usually say that you have to live life, ukiishi na uwoga utazima juu ya pressure or stroke

Juzi naambiwa na relatives that I use alot of sugar (3 teaspoons) I told them ikifika siku yangu I will die.

You can not stop the inevitable, bottom line is, live your life fully with no worries ju hata if you eat healthy aje, then mbu ikuume uget Zika virus utakufa still. Eating healthy is okay but you can’t be too careful these days
