You should know that after Nubians, kikuyus ndo waliform the largest ethnic group in that trench called kibra. Luos & Luhyas walkuja tu the other day. Same kikuyus moved out to other places that later became ghettos too like kiambio, Mathare valley. My point is kikuyus ndo pioneers wa ghetto uku Nairobi. Most of them suffer ata kuliko other tribes judging by their numbers In Nairobi ghettos (mukuru, Mathare, korogocho, dandora, kiambio, etc)

Most of these estates occupy alot of land which makes them uneconomical.
