Any movie that plays with the concept of time always intrigues me. Predestination, Looper, Arrival, Interstellar, Edge of Tomorrow etc.
But movies that really stick with me for days are ‘humanist’ movies like Requiem for a dream, The Florida Project, Into the Wild, etc.
